Hook Dental Surgery is a private practice. However, we provide NHS dental care to children and young people under 18 years. All other patients will be offered treatment under private contract.

	Our normal payment procedure is to ask you to pay a proportion of the cost of your treatment at each visit, with the final payment being due on your last appointment. 10 month interest free credit* is available on all treatment fees over £500. You can also choose to become a *member of the practice* and pay an affordable monthly fee to spread the cost of your routine care throughout the year		and make savings on your treatment costs. *Click here* for more details. We're happy to give estimates of the total cost of treatment before we begin and will keep you informed of any necessary changes as treatment proceeds.
