For patients who find it difficult
to attend during normal surgery
hours,
we are open on Tuesdays
until 7pm. On Friday we close at
5pm while on Saturdays we are
open from 9am until 4.30pm.
Please check times with our
reception.
An answerphone
is always available to take your
messages out of surgery hours. | |
Once your initial treatment is
complete, we encourage you to
come back
to the practice at
regular intervals to see that
everything is going
well. We
operate a recall system to
remind you when your next
visit
is due. | |
Emergency cancellation policy
Please give as much notice as
possible
if you have to cancel an
appointment in an emergency.
Please call on
01256 762353. For a
genuine emergency cancellation,
there will be no charge.
With other
cancellations, we will try to fill your
allocated time with
another patient
but reserve the right to charge if we are unable to do so. |
